Concerns
Current literature racks are unsightly, lack a unified design language, and are a general nuisance to pedestrians. What if a literature rack could look good in the urban streetscape while providing useful information?
How might we redesign them to fit Atlantic Avenue's new modern palette and aesthetic?
Material
Our team took inspiration from the evolving Atlantic Avenue streetscape, incorporating site-relevant materials like powder-coated metal, Corten steel, and Cumaru hardwood.
